Elaine did my nana’s funeral today. 13th of May 2020. Nothing was to much trouble for Elaine. If she couldn’t answer her phone at the time. She would get back to you really quick. My nana was my oldest best friend and I can honestly say I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to do her funeral. Elaine really managed to put across my nana’s personality when telling her eulogy. Sadly Elaine lost her dad five years ago so she know what it is like to lose a loved one.. Elaine totally understands what we where going through and that really meant a lot to us.
